We are Start up registered as a Partnership Firm in (351)May 2017 and Recognised by GOVT of India [DIPP9448]

We started our company to Reach the unreachable is our Vision

We have 5 Services among them 2 are active -Hr Services, Career Management

Career Management is to serve all educating graduates ( degree , diploma,engineering,&more) from rural background and make them to reach their goal ,Ambition

All Students of Graduates

How it works:
As a Team we will go to all colleges in two Telugu states (plan to cover all institutions approx90%) and make each n every individual student to enroll and give their data ,by that we will capture basic and some essential information of them (only final year under graduate-3months before of thier academic year completion).
Then meanwhile we will review their data and give our services and after completion of their graduate if they are willing to do job we will offer them job , or if they want higher studies we will guide them.

This process is a continuous every year our team will meet final year graduates.

As we are a Start up we need to build Goodwill&Brand image ,so for 1st batch we want to do it free of service , after our 1 year service , we will generate results, by that we will go forward and make service chargeable -Rs.250/- per student one time payment (valid till the retire from their professional career)


So to support this back End we had Hr Services (Recruitment,placement Consultancy)

I need a support to Start this project , we had done 15 colleges with our strategy ,as a research we received huge positive feedback .

So I felt as a win win stitutation
Part a. Making a bright future for all in urban n rural youth
Part b. Generating income (250*100000 students (just a approx)
Part c. Utilising the wealth over social responsibilities
