This is a D2C business model, commercial started 2 months back in Hanumangarh ( Rajasthan) . We are operating with one van ,served 600 families and generated a revenue of INR 133280 upto may 2021.
Initially we are targeting wheat flour ( major food ingredient in north ,west and central india ) but eventually every house is customer as somehow everyone consuming flour as rice flour (in Southern india for idli , dosa ,akki roti ) or Gram flour ( besan , urad flour-in south for mixing in idli dosa vada etc ) , Corn (makki) flour in Punjab or millet ( bajra ) flour in Rajasthan .

There are two main sources i.e packaged flour and local chakki shop. The credibility of both is always suspicious regarding hygiene ,stale , adulteration grain quality used and how it is processed . No one can predict quality of wheat grain used by seeing flour .
We help people to choose, procure and get grind at door step pure and fresh flour conveniently.

Present options of procurement of whole wheat flour( aata) for customers are as below :

At present we will target urban India . Initially with cities with population more than 10 lac and later on in cities with population having more than 1 lac & below 10 lac and further around 2500 towns with population more than 10000 and above .

In present scenario it is a new concept of procuring whole wheat flour of at site on demand cool grinding with zero carbon emission with choice of grain to customer.
Still It is observed that in present procurement system 80% of whole wheat flour is milled by unorganized small chakki mills and remaining 20% by organized mills. Besides leading brands, there are more than 500 regional brands in India.
Apart of having new concept affordable price, branding, the quality of product offerings with freshness, hygiene and purity, on demand service & having intellectual rights,the biggest advantage is a every mothers smile and satisfaction of serving roti(bread) made of fresh flour(aata) ( grinded in front ) to her family .
There is no trustworthy product for Diabetic patients and Gluten allergic patients.
At present we have started serving a LOW GI Sugar Release Control flour ( without wheat of 10 other ingredients) of GI value below 35 in comparison to wheat GI 75 , which prevents the spike of sugar level after food intake

Based on farm to customer concept, bulk buying from farmers and cleaning and processing done and selling to end user, gives a marginal gap for fixing price of basic ingredient of main course of food
Average revenue of a sale is rs 400 (10kg /5kg ) .Our business model is franchise business model and we will give Rs 130 per call(customer ) to our driver/van partner and 4% commission to wheat handling and charging station partner .A marginal gap in rate of wheat is 10-12 per kg of different variety gives a total revenue after cost of wheat from 60 to 80 rs per customer .
