A set of professionals from NIT Trichy who have come together to provide a platform to engineering students from all over India to participate in a competition which would analyze their performance and help them improve their stats during four years of engineering course.
Current Status
The company was incorporated on Nov 2018 and became operational from Feb 2018. Till now we have reached out to 100 and more colleges and collaborated with over 50 companies. We have already created social media presence across linkedin, twitter, facebook, instagram & youtube and have received positive feedback. In only 2 months of our operations we have been able to reach out to almost 4 lakhs students. Even colleges like IITs have shown interest to place students via our platform.
Market
Our customers are basically engineering students all across India between the age group 17-26. Around 7,000 engineering colleges consisting around 55-60 lakhs students per year are our target audience. Most of them look for opportunities during their tenure or after the completion of their course.

Advantages or differentiators
To analyze the engineering students at national level, Provide them a self-assessment which will make them understand where they stand in their stream and their year of engineering. We have made our test remote accessible so that even tier-II/III students can appear it without much hassle. Mostly assessments test only focus on final year students but we will cater to all the four years. Above that we also are going to use analytics in future to rank students and colleges nationally as well.
Finance
For the assessment tests we are charging 299 INR per student and if we are able to even pull 10% of our target, we can generate a revenue of around 15 crores per year in the initial stages only considering our one services. So even if we aren't being very optimistic we can generate around 50 crores in first 5 years.
Apart from that we will also generate revenue from the organization which we will provide employment for specific skills set.
Business model
Kaiz, formed as a Professional Corp, is a new company operating in the Employment Placement Agencies industry. Kaiz operates primarily as a service provider.
We have always seen this trend that the students who get placed into the premier institutes are the ones that end up getting higher package job, even though their performance was not that good during their engineering course. On the other hand, there are students in that leftover 80%, for whom engineering is their passion but either the companies are unable to reach them or they don't have the right platform to prove their talent to the companies.
This is where KAIZ comes into the picture. Kaiz is a name derived fr om the Greek term "Efkairia" meaning opportunity. As the term suggests, we are here to give one more opportunity to the engineering students to prove their worth. Here we are going to organize an All India Level competition between each year of engineering students and give them a proper analysis of their
score and give them an understanding about wh ere do they stand in the competition. We would be providing an every year stats to you so that you can compare your own growth.
