Current Status
We built this prototype for Appathon, a joint initiative conducted by Hitachi and Kerala Startup Mission. We are the Winners of that competition.
Currently we are talking to Merchants and Distributors. We also conduct Zoom meetings to educate Village Merchants to Avoid competition, and also to understand their problems. Their feedbacks are very positive.

Currently there are many large distributors who send their pre-stocked Vehicles to Villages. The stock calculation is based on human estimation and Phone call orders.
We are the first players in the market building an automated solution at scale.

Business model
We charge 2 to 15% of the gross sales, from the Distributors based on the product.
We partner with distributors to deliver items to selected cities.
Our Customer Expansion team will consist of State Managers, District Managers, Area Managers and Field workers, who will go to shops and add new customers.
We build a phone support team to help Merchants place recurring orders.

Our product is the winner of Appathon, where 127+ Indian companies participated. We received $26,000 as a reward.
