Idea

ORO Ambulance to enable Road Safety in case anyone mets with an accident and needs to be reach hospital at the earliest. Kids Safe Travel is an important aspect for Parents. Women Safety while travelling using Pink Cabs.
Add to Cart Feature so as to automate the Cab booking on everyday basis for multiple people all together.

Current Status

We currently have 18500 Drivers on our platform with 80000 Riders under Outstation, Bus and Corporate Service.

Market

Every person from which ever segment of society is our target customer and travel at-least once in Cab.
We are targeting to 1 Crore Customers and 10 Lac Drivers in all 6 segments that we are working on.

Problem or Opportunity

We are going to solve the problem of Surge Pricing and Per Minute Charge by brining in Flat Rate for both Riders and Drivers, we also have eliminated commission from drivers and replaced it with Subscription for drivers which enables regular income for Company and very cost effective platform charges for Drivers.
We have the opportunity for Road Side Assistance Ambulance Services know as ORO Ambulance, Outstation Cab Service, Kids Travel to School with Safety as priority, Corporate Travel in Blue Chip Companies, Women Safety with Women Drivers Cabs and Bus Service which enables the previous Chartered Bus System from point to point with Live Tracking of all the services in one single application. We also are developing Add to Cart Feature which enables quick and pre defined booking requests as per everyday schedule set by one member for every other person in the house or office.

Competitors

No other Cab Aggregator is working on this Revenue and Business Model. Everyone is working on Commission based Models with Surge Pricing and Per Minute Ride time Charge. We are working on Flat Rate Model which enables a customer to estimate the fare wisely without any hidden charges.

We are working with 3 USP:
1. Street Pickup
2. Subscription for Drivers
3. Flat Rate for Riders

Introducing Add to Cart which enables automation of booking your vehicle using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Finance

We have Subscription model which says pay Rs. 100/Day per driver and ride for as many rides as a driver can. This enables more earning for driver so they won't be serving in other Cab Aggregators which results in boosting of business to endless heights.

Offer for investor

We would require Rs. 50 Crores in exchange of 30% Equity Shares of the Company (TechnoCab India Private Limited). There are only 2 share holders fo the Company i.e. 2 Directors Arpan Aggarwal and Swati Jain.
