DABSLEK is an ed-tech platform offering a holistic solution to a million plus
college graduates passing out every year. The students get trained on in-demand skills through the personalized learning platform and pay only after
getting a job. While the employers are able to access pre-vetted talent through
data driven matching algorithms.

DABSLEK is in the process of making collaborations with Corporates and Colleges right now.

On one hand, job aspirants lack guidance and practical knowledge and On the other hand Companies lack access to skilled talented Human resources. The job aspirants look for high quality affordable training which can help them find high paying jobs. The companies look for disciplined candidates with the right aptitude and attitude.

Solution (product or service)


DABSLEK in-house placement team is dedicated to career development of job aspirants and works with some of the notch companies in the India to provide them with trained candidates. The job aspirants will be given six months (30 weeks) of training and practical knowledge by highly experienced instructors. In addition to this, DABSLEK will also focus on soft skills, building digital profile and portfolio, practicing interviews and salary negotiation

Revenue will majorly flow from the following stream of sources:

1. Revenue from employers through Direct Staffing : 6-8% or more on the package

2. Revenue from employers through Trained staffing : 6-8% or more on the package

3. Revenue from Students through Trained staffing : 15% on package for 36 months

Major expenditure will be towards Trainers, Recruiters, BDMs, Advertisement and Marketing.

We have a 3 way business/revenue model

1. Program Fee from Student’s:
● Prepaid Fee Plan: Students pay at the time of joining the program.
● Postpaid Fee Plan: Student pays after getting the job. In a postpaid plan, we charge double the fee.

2. Talent Sourcing Fee from Employers

3. Revenue will majorly flow from the following stream of sources:

Revenue from employers through Trained staffing : 6-8% or more on the package
