BIB is a Food chain Business ( Cloud kitchen & Take away model ) running successfully from past 4 years with regular income of approximately 5Cr annually.
Juannos Food has 8 -10 Brands currently operating. We are targeting to operate 20+ Brands in each outlet.
Our Current cuisine : Continental , English Breakfast ,Chinese,Health food, Wraps, Fast food, Burgers, Waffle & Pan Cake.
In Process : Biryani, North Indian , South Indian, Chats, Soups, Chinese, Juice and so on
Juannos food has seen a great upward growth in the last 4 years from 7L to 5.2Cr Annually. With Orders increasing to 12k monthly keeping our ticket size which is higher.
As we are working on different cuisines and targeting all food sector like Healthy to fast food so that helps us to cater to all kind of customers.
Problem or Opportunity
We normally see lot of Cloud kitchen start with huge expenses and manpower & space cost. We have properly analyzed the expenses and all our operations are low cost and we utilize the manpower promptly. Online food quality is also a challenge for many customers even that is taken care by our team with best quality & healthy food served.
Solution (product or service)
We started with Brand BIB –Breakfast in the Box, Targeting English Breakfast lovers , even though there are many suppliers for the demand we felt there is a lack of authenticity supplier for this demand so we worked to build a brand giving full authenticity of English Breakfast having German sausages , best bacon in the town , all mashed potatoes, baked beans made in house to give real authentic taste for end customers . Similarly all the brands that we are building we are trying to give a authentic taste. Our R&D team is working specially to take care of each brand like new brand we launched Ketoism which will be dealing only with Keto food similarly other brands like Ima Vegan etc all are carefully planned menu and give best treat to our customers. Currently we are planning to target most of the cuisines and at least have 20 authentic brands to serve from each kitchen.
There are so many players in the market for Food industry however there is huge market space for all to grow big. We are focused to deliver best food and to be the prefeed choice for all food lovers. We are targeting to have all cuisines in our kitchen currently we have set up 20 brands and all are receiving good response.
Advantages or differentiators
There are not great entry barriers in food industry ,only difference we make is with wide presence and our few brands are been liked by customers with an average rating of 4.3 + (out of 5 ). Our working model is now updated with targeting more quality brands to be added. We are also focusing on inhouse manufacture of products like baking etc which we are targeting for our internal supply and planning to extend to external supply.
We been working on 2 major brands and financials are shared for those BIB, Omleterian& other health brands the average food cost is 300/- ( Other Health Brands –Ketoism, Eat healthy , Ima Vegan , Health in the Box, etc ) All Chinese Cuisine average cost : 150/- Fast Food : Jimmy’s Fried Chicken , snacks, Waffle in the Box, Just Pancake : 150/- Year wise milestones since inception : We have seen a great growth year on year and its above 300% growth we started with 7Lakh Annual business and now we are doing above 5Cr Annually. We are now targeting for a bigger milestone of reaching 50-75Cr business soon and post that target to 100 –150 Cr.
We @ Juannos have been working on a revenue focused business from the start not just targeting numbers with high discounting. All our brands are introduced to customers as premium brands and costing are above average. We also have few brands targeting economic cost so we don't miss out on all kind of customer. We are Available on all Delivery Platforms and we are also working on building our own app for delivery as we have a regular loyal customer and we want to convert 20-25% from other aggregator platform to ours.

Explore into other verticals of Food & beverages like setting up QSR, Take away Tea shop’s, packed snacks & Cold pressed juice under the banner of Juannos food. Expand our reach to pan India with at least 100 Outlets as the next milestone. To increase the company valuation to 100Cr within a year time and plan to make 500Cr Valuation in 3-4 Years. List in IPO within 7-8 years. Well planned exit for our investors to multiple their investment.
We have established a clear model of business, it took 3 years for us now we have 20 outlets. We have raised all investment from friends, family and our personal funds. We have also raised capital by providing few outlet on franchisee. Our business module will take care of any new entrants as our model been running from 3 years and we are looking to make it big in coming years. We do not see any kind of risk we are happy to clarify this more in detail if required.
