Idea

We are building Robotics, AR & Innovations Lab for schools and colleges, providing end to end budget training for promoting advance skill among the students. FRS right now focused on building an ecosystem of students, trainers, experts and entrepreneurs. We want to bring them on platform where they can share knowledge, learn, earn, simulate and promote cheapest technical education, that will be available for all.

Current Status

FIZ Robotic Solutions is on advance traction stage. We have tested and improvised all our services in the market from 2017-2020. In this span we were totally bootstrapped and went slow in expansion in order to avoid any mistakes or losing any customer.

Also we have two divisions in the company that is working on Developing World's First Omni Channel STEM Training Platform, which will be a large community of students, experts, entrepreneurs & hobbyists. This community's major objective will be to help and develop technical temperament in learners and to provide hands in very cost effective manner affordable to all Tiers of the country.

Market

The STEM market is very huge in terms of location, demographics and learning aspects. All the factors are described below: (Data for Indian Market)

Total K12 School: 1.3 Million
Total Students from Grade 3 to Grade 12: 200+ Million Students Each Year
Indian Ed Tech Market Size: 25 Billion USD
Global Ed Tech Market Size: 100 Billion USD

Asian K-12 Market Size (Students): 2 Billion+

We are currently serving the markets of North India, Nepal, UAE & Singapore

Problem or Opportunity

The problems that we saw as a very important niche in the market and is faced by 99% of the clients/customers we are targeting, are as follows:

B2B Model:

1. Infra & Curriculum: Maximum Schools and Colleges in tier 2-4 cities don't have proper infrastructure like Robotics/STEM/AR/Innovation Labs, even some of them have it, but lack proper curriculum and motivation to operate it on full capacity to deliver innovations.

2. Trainers & Cost: All the labs currently running are Govt Funded or Self Funded in the institutions, but they run on the basis of Kits & Plug and Play Models. Which don't support innovative temperament. Just like lego Kits & Block Coding. They don't have proper mentors to train them on professionally developed curriculums. Second the costs of these P&P models are very high, which is not affordable for entry level students and is limited to innovation & self development.

3. Accessibility: This is one of the major issue of the system. Students after leaving the labs are stuck on Youtube Channels and Thread-less community access. Where they have virtual tools but no one to guide properly and even sources of information is not authentic. If they post some problems in the projects, they have to wait for days or months to get a proper problem solving response.

B2C Model:

1. Cost & Delivery: All the above mentioned points are applicable to B2C model, where a single students faces almost the same problems throughout. But if they wish to develop their technical career they have to invest hefty on courses which is not affordable by Tier 3-4 cities students. Second they have to pay for kits/lego/ other materials that hit their pockets very hard and they tend to rely on Youtube for more knowledge rather than asking themselves how & why is it done.

All these problems are been solved by us since 2017, the students and institutional brands who got associated with us since beginning are still there will us on longer agreement period. As we provide end to end solutions to all the mentioned problems. We have seen rise in our clientele & competitions won by our trained students.

Solution (product or service)

We started solving all the mentioned problems with the elementary approach by distributing the clients based on the following parameters:

B2B: (STEPS)
1. We build budget & highly equipped FIRE Robotics Lab in the institutions.
2. Then we enroll the students in the lab in class-wise system.
3. Then we deploy subject specific trainers in lab that takes the classes.
4. We provide them raw materials (No Kits), to develop physical projects, that will be designed by them only after the trainings.
5. In final approach we take certification tests and take out the cream from batch and train them even further for national open competitions.
6. In this training journey, students of grade 3-12 are targeted rigorously. We start with basic science projects and go till making them drone pilots.

B2C:
1. Students can purchase courses on more than 9 different domains that are beautifully segregated into Grades system. That means every grade has different syllabus and projects.
2. The training can be in the form of recorded courses or Live 1:1 (1 Trainer : 1 Student) format or classroom format 1:20.

D2C:
In this segment our customer whether they are Solo clients or Institutions can directly reach our single platform and can request for our services, can access our community, resources & data banks for learning and contributing purpose.

Competitors

We have few competitors in the market but none of them provide training facility as we do in cheaper rates which is affordable for Tier 1-4 students respectively.

Most competitors are depended on single or dual domains, and are stuck mainly by kit building atmosphere.

The SWOT analysis is discussed in Pitch Deck in detail.

Advantages or differentiators

The major difference is cost, the platform which we are working on and the amount of time we invested in the market to validate our idea before pitching here in this competition.

The cost is unbeatable in training segment.
The diversified subjects are the core strength.
No kit environment helps in developing all sort of innovation in cheaper way.
The vedic and pedagogy approach is designed in such a way that students learn almost everything in technical domain by fun activity and by using ancient techniques.

Finance

We have total of 4 Revenue Streams out of which 2 active and profitable revenue streams discussed in Pitch Deck in detail.

Business model

The business model is discussed in the Pitch Deck attached in the application with full statistics and current revenues and upfolded agreement values.

Team or Management

Risks

The only risk we see is lack of team size, networking and branding investment that we need to grow at rapid pace. It's only FOMO rest everything else we have tested out in the market directly from our pockets.

Incubation/Acceleration programs accomplishment

We are completely bootstrapped and self driven till date.

Won the competition and other awards

Got best startup recognition from President of Republic of India, Dr Ram Nath Kovind and ITM University.

Our trained students of class 5 & 7 won IIT BHU Robotics Fest, securing 1&3 positions in two competitions by defeating 140 engineering students team.

This is what we at FRS are proud of the most and working consistently to improvise.

Invention/Patent

We will register & trademark our platform idea as soon as it gets completed.
