Listerr is a hyperlocal marketplace, enabling all local retailers to sell online at zero commission at the monthly subscription of $7/m. We are providing eCommerce as a service.

Market

Our Customers are Hyperlocal storekeeper, who is having a high impact on their sales due to the rise of eCommerce players in the market. So in this way, our target customers are Retailers and vendors who want to sell online their products online. Their age group is generally 28 - 60 yrs. old. In the local Indian market size is 20MN vendors facing the same problem. And this market is rising 10 percent YOY. In the South east asia this size of market is 5 times as shown above.

Our prime focus is currently on the Indian subcontinent, especially India. We are primarily targeting tier1,2,3 cities in country.

We are creating the Fastest hyper local delivery channel for all orders. The average delivery will be at 2-hours in B2C space.

User Marketplace
The app creates an easy shopping experience by enabling ordering through listing items or clicking a picture of the list or ordering through voice note or automation bot.

Competitors

Direct Competitors: Dukaan, Bikayi, Digital Showroom etc. They all are SAAS technology, we are a marketplace.

Indirect: Swiggy, Zomato, BLinkit etc. they are high commission marketplace, we are zero commission marketplace.

Finance

Our Revenue Streams are as follows :
1. Vendor Subscription: We take only $7 per month fr om retail vendors or sellers to sell online via our platform.
2. Delivery Charges : We have 20% gross margin over delivery charges, we collect from customers in order to deliver the order from vendor to users.
3. D2C trade: We earn avg. 8% gross margin over the sales of products which we are directly trading to consumers.
4. B2B trade : We take avg. 2% commission to sell online from wholesaler or distributors in our B2B market.
5. Adveritisng : Soon we will enable our advertising module, wh ere we will take money from companies to advertise and promote their products into the consumer market.

Market Size (Only from subscription model):
There are 3cr. retail vendor in Indian Market facing the same problem. So only from subscription based revenue stream total market size would be $150 billions per annum.

Business model

We operate in complete B2B2C space, enabling hyperlocal delivery in between them.
A retailer can buy all the products from B2B marketplace and can sell his products in the B2C marketplace. We have enables the delivery in B2C space in half-hour and in B2B space in two days.
Our business model focusses on retail onboarding mainly, we onboard a retailer in just $7 for a one-time investment then we have $400 from the retailer as CLTV.
