Idea

Brand “Radhella” it is a home-grown D2C fashion label. We aim to reach the market with a concept of ‘Wear anywhere’. We want to be Next She-in Brand from India and will be the first among others.

Current Status

Here are the traction:
Revenue B2B:
FY- 2018-19 - 17.55 Lakh INR
FY-2019-20 - 30.50 Lakh INR
FY-2020-21 - 40.45 Lakh INR
FY-2021-22 - 50.15 Lakh INR

Revenue B2C:
Beta Stage Launch: Dec 2021 - 1.10 Lakh INR
Full Launch: Feb 2022 - 5.5 Lakh INR
Last month revenue - 5 Lakh INR

Over all B2B+B2C MRR : 10L INR

Problem or Opportunity

Problem: Brands such as Zara, Mango get manufacture in India as it has cheap labour, cheap raw materials and sell products for huge profit worldwide. Biggest gap and problem are: India is nowhere into it and these big brands do wastage of around 90 million tons/ Year.

Solution (product or service)

Our business model (D2C/B2B and B2C) sells fashion Lifestyle products worldwide without any wastage. Our Fight is against waste or disposal of products which is done by big brands.
Our Execution games helped till now to sell all the products which we design without wasting single.

Business model

Statistics says, many fashion brands do wastage of 90 million ton every year. But our D2C model is different. We sell products in our online retail www.radhella.com also in major worldwide vendor portals such as Amazon, Myntra, Ajio and European marketplaces such as Asos and
Zalando in coming days. Where ever we sell some dead stock always happens to overcome those scenario we are currently tied-up with 100+ Fashion Retail vendors in Karnataka alone and growing 30%
Y-o-Y. This is a win situation for us, because its generating revenue from all possible sides.
