Idea

Students scoring either 40%, 70% or 95% are being taught and tested in the same way. We are bringing the concept of Dynamic curriculum that adjusts according to every students learning behaviour.

Current Status

We have beta tested with some of the features like Dynamic Classes, Cumulative tracking, Smart Practice etc. on 10k users and the most important metrics which we are tracking are, progress rate of learners, engagement time and DAU/WAU. 40% of the learners are showing more than 2% growth in Preparation % week over week from the past 3 months. 10% of the learners are showing more than 5% growth in Preparation % week over week. Average engagement time is around 16 minutes for the past 3 months.
We have our App and website running and are going to launch dynamic curriculum classes for SSC Exams

Problem or Opportunity

Students scoring either 40%, 70% or 95% are currently being taught and tested in the same way. Currently, the coaching classes (online/offline), schools or colleges have a fixed curriculum for every student irrespective of their learning behaviour. Everybody is expected to learn each topic in a fixed amount of time at the same pace, solving the same kind of questions and giving the same kind of test. Due to this, more than 95% of students leave their preparation journey in between.

Solution (product or service)

We are bringing the concept of Dynamic curriculum that adjusts according to every student based on their learning behaviour. With the help of AI (reinforcement learning) and flow theory, a unique learning path is created for each and every user that helps in maximizing their learning. Our platform focuses on the user’s motivation level which makes students comfortable during learning and helps them remain in the flow zone to have an optimum learning experience.

Business model

We are B2C. We have a Freemium subscription-based model (monthly/annually) that awards students according to their progress. Pricing will be grouped as per different categories: Engineering, Medical, SSC, Bank, Exams etc. Pricing range will be $2 - $10 per month.
We have possibility to do B2B sales with potential college and coaching collaboration. Our TAM is around 30 billion USD just for test prep segment. For K12 segment revenue opportunity is more than 100 billion USD.

We are part of the Wadhwani Accelerator Program and were previously part of Idealabs Utkrishta Program.
