Jamuun is an online healthcare aggregator platform that delivers medicines to people within 30 minutes.
Current Status
We have just launched our startup last week. We have generated revenue of $170 in the last 7 days. As of now, we have got 30 paying customers.
Problem or Opportunity
We saw people facing the pain of getting medicines delivered on time. There are 2 ways to buy medicines.:
a. people order medicines online and wait 2-3 days for it to get delivered.
b. people visit a few medical (pharmacy) shops to get all the medicines.
Senior citizens and working people are two user groups that face this problem a lot.
Solution (product or service)
We deliver medicines to people within 30 minutes, which provides high convenience. We are able to accomplish faster delivery die to these reasons:
a. We partner with some medicals in a city that have large inventory. This way we make sure that we can deliver all the items.
b. As we have a network of partnered medicals uniformly distributed across the city, we are able to follow the shortest path to deliver medicines.
Business model
We partner with medicals in every city. These medicines give us 18% margins. Out of these 18%, we give 15% discount to the customer and make 3% commission on every order.
In the near future, we will purchase medicines from distributors
and will make 5-7% commission on every order.
