We’ve launched Penenza in Europe, Apr 2022 and have:
- 110 paying clients, 4 connected banks, issued €233K loans,
But the team decided that we should relocate our business to India.
3) In India (started September 2022):
-Built fully working multy-country, multy-lenders platform
-Launched an advertising campaign
-Calculated the CAC for suppliers
-Cost of lead is significantly less in India then in Russia ($30 in Russia versus $10 in India)
-Conducted 24 Customer Development Interviews
-Have gathered 107 clients in waiting list
