80-90% of Indian owners of 2/4 wheelers tend to prefer unauthorized service centers over authorized ones for vehicle servicing due to reasons like expensive billing, remote locations, long waiting times, neglect of minor repairs, and lack of legal customization. However, these unauthorized centers come with their own set of issues such as lack of trustworthiness, temporary setups, use of sub-standard parts, incorrect billing, unprofessional behavior, unqualified technicians, and absence of service records.

Our focus is on establishing an ecosystem by setting up JackIT one-stop solution Service centers every 3-5 km (just like McDonald), staffed with skilled and trained personnel, ensuring quality control for top-notch customer experiences. The JACKIT mobile application and website empower customers with comprehensive vehicle information.
