Idea

The whole concept about the startup is to provide newly designed cover every month to the customer,as people are always tires of using their old cover in their day to day life and buying a new cover will be much more costly to them every month so here in this startup their problem can be resolved and they can change their cover in monthly or 15 days. Currently we are trying to expand it as much as we can but just main reason where we are lacking behind is we are out of money we have all in this business.

The main problem is people are bored of their old cover as they see a new designed cover the 3 thoughts come in their mind
1.what they will do with their old cover?should i sell my old cover anywhere?
2.should i spend this much amount on a mobile cover where i have to stuck with it for 6 months ?
3.People can't change and can always have to choose from the available thing but in this case they can also share their design and pattern to cover to us so we can help them out with their design.

So finally one day i started to work on this project i found that they is bigger market of accessories then that of the mobile phone and started to do more research about it.finally met an manufacturer of mobile cover and ask them make the cover of of our design after a long discussion on we made it. So now we are providing our customer with all new design which they always love it.

Finance

Now if we talk about the finance we are going to sell our subscription in 1000 rs which is the most effective thing in our business because the people use to spend 300 around money on normal design cover so this will become cheap for them to use 12 cover for 6 months in just 1000 rs.also our plan in next 5 years is to reach around 300 to 400 rs per month by manufacturing covers in house only.

Business model

So in our business the cycle works like this:
Consumer provide us 1000 rs in the starting of the subscription then we will provide 2 covers of their mobile phones.Now every weekend we will update with all new designs and patterns of mobile cover.The customer will decide the design for their individual which ever they will like .The same process will go on for 6 months and at the last month we will give them their last two cover of their choice for being a gentle customer to us.

Reason for sale

There are 3 main reasons for sale:
1.what they will do with their old cover?should i sell my old cover anywhere?
2.should i spend this much amount on a mobile cover where i have to stuck with it for 6 months ?
3.People can't change and can always have to choose from the available thing but in this case they can also share their design and pattern to cover to us so we can help them out with their design.

Market

Exactly all the smartphone users are our market but if we go deeply into this ,the main focusing market is the youngster from 12(as early as they started using their smartphone) to 35.

There is 0% risk.
why ?
Because when ever you get the subscription then and then only you can move for the production and next thing is we can also change the cover to our customer if they are in a good condition. also we except the old cover if they are in a good condition.

The whole process has been started before a week so we will update as soon as possible.
