Kloudi is an assistant for bug management. It helps developers save debugging time by aggregating endless notifications from their monitoring tools like Sentry, Datadog , Github etc and provides them with pinpointed bugs to work on. It also helps export their aggregated results to their existing Project Management tools like Jira, Trello etc.
Current Status
We are currently launched and are at the stage of getting our product used by our initial users and gathering their feedback. Our initial users are from a healthcare and fintech startup respectively.
Market
Our typical user persona is a developer or technology team member using issue monitoring tools. To estimate the market size we are trying to capture, we can take the example of Atlassian which works in the developer tools segment and has a market cap of $11bn. The market waiting to be captured is huge and worth billions.
Problem or Opportunity
Developers across startups and corporates use multiple tools to monitor their application performance, exceptions generated, downtime etc. All these tools work as alert mechanisms that triggers multiple notifications on occurrence of a single issue . Post these alerts a developer spends on an average 20 mins - 60 mins per bug on debugging and identifying the actual cause of the issue. Debugging involves a lot of sifting through these alerts/notifications and switching between tools, making the whole experience of solving the issue cumbersome and time consuming. Our aim is to bring all these tools under one roof thereby bring down debugging time to real time.
Solution (product or service)
Kloudi is an assistant for bug management. It also helps export their aggregated results to their existing Project Management tools like Jira, Trello etc.
Competitors
One of our closest competitors is Datadog and an indirect competitor is IFTTT but IFTTT is not in the developer tool segment.
Advantages or differentiators
The Advantages of Kloudi over any other such platform is.
1) Simple easy to use and intuitive interface.
2) We also offer on ground support for SAAS tools setup if required.
Our differentiator is that
1) The only assistant based developer tool.
2) The only assistant that unifies all tools from POV of access.
Finance
We are currently giving out the assistant for free to all users who wish to integrate upto 5 tools. Beyond that we plan to charge a premium of $15 per user.
This is a tentative SAAS pricing model we are following which we plan to revise post a period of 3 months. Developer tool usages typically a monthly growth of 50% MOM. We expect to see the same growth with Kloudi post year 1 of operation.
Business model
We plan to charge per user depending on the number of tools he/she is integrating with Kloudi for debugging. Since one of our main value adds is time spend on other tools, unification of these under one assistant is what we plan to charge.
Money will be spent on
Product Development, Hiring and customer acquisition.
Offer for investor
We would love to discuss this in detail post gauging investors expertise and investment philosophy.
One of the risks that we face is the ability to cover all tool integrations and generate functional queries for users to use in very little time. Since the tools used by developers are innumerable and some are niche there is always a possibility of not tapping a certain tool market.
