Idea

We at Nearby grocer are working towards building complete cloud-based tools for Retail stores and BIG DATA analytics by integrating the inventory to their online store-front.

Current Status

October -November 2019: Product ideation and market research. We incorporated the company.

January-February 2020: Product Development initiated and Strategic collaboration with 3rd party ERP based in Mumbai.

March- April 2020: BETA VERSION Launched with a few stores in Vapi, Gujarat.

July-Aug 2020: Further Integrations supporting ORDER MANAGEMENT and others.

Oct-Nov 2020: Onboarding started with 50+ supermarkets and

Nov-Dec 2020: Product enhancement - V.2 API launched and 1000+ stores are in pipeline to get onboarded in upcoming days.

March 2021:- Initiated development of ERP system

India’s online grocery delivery market is expected to see a 76% year-on-year increase in sales.

Internet penetration in India grew from just 4% in 2007 to 52.08% in 2019, registering a CAGR of 24% between 2007 and 2019. The number of internet users in India is expected to increase from 687.62 million as of September 2019 to 829 million by 2021.

1) Monthly/Yearly Subscription (SaaS Model)
The main revenue source for NearbyGrocer, where retail stores will be using our services at a very affordable rate.

2) Additional Commission
After crossing monthly orders ( for example 300)or the total value of INR 1 Lakh in gross sales, per order ( for example INR 5 / order ) will be charged to retail stores.

3) Data Analysis
As stores will be online, visibility of their sales, transaction volume data will help in gaining a rich layer of analytics that will provide insights for FMCG brands, market research organizations & financial institutions.
