FlexiCloud is designed, and evolving to be, a Platform As A Service model which is helping the clients to get reliable Managed Cloud Hosting without limiting the clients to any cloud or location.

Current Status

We have been selling our product FlexiCloud for the last 3 years. I started slowly, and now we have ~500 paying customers, with an MRR just above 4000 USD.

We have some Major brands using FlexiCloud to host some of their assets.

Market

Most of our present customers are business owners and serious website owners.

We are associated with a lot of web development agencies across India, and through them we are getting a lot of clients.

We have a clients who are running mobile apps for their business or ecommerce stores.

Problem or Opportunity

Cloud hosting is always expensive when it is not handled by experts who know the "pros and cons" of cloud, including the best practices for security and cost management, which causes small businesses to shy away from utilising the benefits of the cloud to its full potential.

The major IAAS providers like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean etc will not provide any application support or server monitoring or backups. Not even server setup. So a normal user cannot set up their server on cloud without an expert support to make sure that the server is stable, optimal and managed.

Solution (product or service)

FlexiCloud provides managed hosting solutions on the cloud, with customers in mind.

We cater to both price conscious and brand conscious customers by providing products from multiple public cloud providers - AWS, Digital Ocean, Vultr etc - to get their servers and reconfigure them for the client's needs.

FlexiCloud is designed, and evolving to be, a Platform As A Service model which is helping the clients to get reliable Managed Cloud Hosting without limiting the clients to any particular cloud, location or framework.

Business model

Clients pay FlexiCloud a monthly or yearly fee for they cloud infrastructure. Flexicloud will provide them a server of their choice, which is configured to install and run the application of their choice.

The fee FlexiCloud collects from them includes the server fee and management fee. What ever the cloud provider charges FlexiCloud for the cloud, FlexiCloud will chnarge the client 2x of it to include the managemnet and server. So For every sale, flexicloud is making a gross profit of 50%.
