We are associated with a lot of web development agencies across India, and through them we are getting a lot of clients.

Cloud hosting is always expensive when it is not handled by experts who know the "pros and cons" of cloud, including the best practices for security and cost management, which causes small businesses to shy away from utilising the benefits of the cloud to its full potential.
The major IAAS providers like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean etc will not provide any application support or server monitoring or backups. Not even server setup. So a normal user cannot set up their server on cloud without an expert support to make sure that the server is stable, optimal and managed.

We cater to both price conscious and brand conscious customers by providing products from multiple public cloud providers - AWS, Digital Ocean, Vultr etc - to get their servers and reconfigure them for the client's needs.

With a gross margin of 60%, FlexiCLoud is able to source the cloud products from its vendors and sell it to its customers.
The customers pay to flexicloud on a monthly or yearly ( under contract ).
Business model
Clients pay FlexiCloud a monthly or yearly fee for they cloud infrastructure. Flexicloud will provide them a server of their choice, which is configured to install and run the application of their choice.
The fee FlexiCloud collects from them includes the server fee and management fee. What ever the cloud provider charges FlexiCloud for the cloud, FlexiCloud will chnarge the client 2x of it to include the managemnet and server. So For every sale, flexicloud is making a gross profit of 50%.
