Drivers4Me is an on-demand driver aggregator that provides professional & background verified driver/chauffeur for B2B & B2C users through intuitive mobile apps.
The number of cars increases every year in Asian countries, so the demand for drivers who can safely navigate through congested traffic and unreliable roads keeps growing which also decreases road accidents and save time. Presently, driver hiring is done mainly via phone calls which provide no guarantee, no insurance, no background checks of the drivers. Through Drivers4Me, customers can book a preferred verified driver very easily.
Current Status
We have a product ready and we are currently operating in Kolkata, Delhi. We are providing our B2B service to some of the largest companies in India like Zoomcar, Cars24, CarDekho etc. We have 50,000+ Downloads and 45000+ registered users in our platform. We have over 4000 registered drivers in our platform.

Anyone who owns a car can potentially be our customer. The market size is huge in India alone. As of 2021 There are total 48 million registered cars in India, out of which 32 million car owners are directly depend on drivers. So, we are typically addressing a market size of $1.02 billion

We at Drivers4Me is trying to solve the pain of daily driving and driver hiring. Customers feel stressed while driving their own car and those who can't drive, needs to hire either full time drivers or on-demand drivers. Now full-time drivers are expensive and most of the people typically utilize them for only 3-4 hours while paying them for 10-12 hours. On-Demand Drivers on the other hand can be hired from offline localized driver centers, but they are unreliable, uninsured, have no standard pricing model and involves huge number of calls. We provide professional, background verified driver or chauffeur services for individual car owners & businesses through intuitive smartphone and web-based platform. We offer various trip types for our B2C Users and customized trip types for our B2B clients. We leverage technological innovations to solve driver hiring problems that people face, while providing drivers more scope for income and skill improvement.
Competitors
Local Driver centers currently have the highest percentage of on-demand drivers, they are traditional and didn’t advance with the technology, they are also localized and doesn’t provide any insurance. DriveU is our biggest online competitor in India. They provide similar services like us for both B2B and B2C and is providing service in 8 cities and have raised funding of 8.2m dollars. Their rate is high and fixed. They assign drivers at the very last moment which makes their service unreliable. Apart from these they also do not provide preference-based allocation.
Advantages or differentiators
We have dynamic pricing model which ensures us that we can give the best rates to the customers. We give rates which is typically 10-20% lower than our competitors. We give trip basis insurance which ensures that the car and the customer is covered in case of any accident which increases the reliability of the customer. We have integrated Machine learning to give preference-based allocation. This ensures both customer and driver retention. We charge 15% of the trip fare as our commission whereas our competitors charge around 30%. We also give insurance to the drivers and their family members. We have customized trip types for our customers like training trips, mini outstation, document renewals and many more.
Finance
Our B2C users pay us in cash or online. Their average trip cost is around $3.39/trip. The average trip cost of B2B Client is $0.87/hour or $2.02/trip depending upon their requirement.
Business model
Drivers4Me provide drivers for both B2B and B2C trips. We engage trip basis drivers for B2C and charge a commission of 15% from them. Our B2B clients pay either on hourly basis or per trip basis depending upon their business requirements. We sign a legal agreement of 2 years with them. From B2B trips we make an average profit of around 15%. We also charge a monthly subscription cost from the drivers to use our platform.
Money will be spent on
We shall use this money mainly in expansion of our service to 5 new cities. We are currently fully operational in Kolkata and started our operations in Delhi recently. Most of the money will be utilized in marketing and technical purpose.
