Data insufficiency is the biggest problem among all the agricultural stakeholders. We at satyukt with help of remote sensing & GIS have developed products and services to solve this issue for all.
Current Status
Since the company's foundation from 2018, we have served 35486 ha of land in over 17 countries across 24 different crops. We have developed different applications specifically to cater farmers and farm enterprises. Currently working with 15000+ B2C customers and over 20 B2B clients.
Problem or Opportunity
We are trying to address the issues such as elevated cost of production due to unscientific usage of farm inputs, crop losses due to pest/disease/irrigation inefficiency, unavailability of data on non-preventable risks like flood, drought, hailstorm. We are majorly focusing on developing actionable insights and making it accessible to the majority of farm holders including the small and marginal farmers. Theft of sensors and also no single platform for data support to corporates regarding major crops grown, crop stage, yield estimation etc.
Solution (product or service)
At Satyukt, we have developed scalable innovative algorithms that combine the various available earth-observation satellite data to provide the information at the desired scale. The algorithms can process the multi-satellite data across the globe in different climatic conditions and are far superior both in terms of accuracy as well as a spatio-temporal resolution. Our products can help crop insurance companies to assess the crop, prevented sowing, avoid crop damage and estimate the loss to pay the bills as early as possible. It also helps farmers and farm enterprise to monitor the crop.
Business model
Our major revenue streams are from B2B clients such as Farm input and FMCG companies, BFSI sector wherein our products and services are delivered through customizable dashboards and web portals. Our revenue stream also includes various projects and programs in association with the governments.
