Idea

Fresheal is developing Add on Machine for existing domestic RO machines such as Kent, Aquaguard etc. This machine converts RO water into Mineral Rich Alkaline water at molecular level and at subscription basis. Fresheal minerals are clinically proven to have max health benefits and have other characteristics like
1) Adds back 85+ minerals
2) Reduces ORP level
3) Alkaline at molecular levels
4) Antibacterial etc

Current Status

Fresheal already selling mineral drops and making a traction of USD2000 annually. Fresheal even working on B2B models and focussed to create the turnover through B2B models is USD 25,00,000 and agreements expected to sign off end of June 2021 with 3 big distributors of packaged or bottled water

Market

Customers are targeted like below
1) Existing RO Machine users for add on machine
2) For Bottled water users cap based catridge used

Problem or Opportunity

As per World Health Organisation (WHO) the RO water such as Demineralised water is very harmful and major reasons for diseases like cancer, diabetes etc. To get the best alkaline water the machine costs 2.75 lakh in INR which most of the population cannot afford to spend which means more than 99.9% of people are deprived of opportunity of healthy water

Solution (product or service)

Fresheal will develop a simple "Add on Machine" for all domestic existing RO machines such as Kent, Aquaguard,Eureka forbes etc and convert RO water into alkaline water with a subscription starting from Rs. 500 per month.
1) Rs. 500 Subscription for General Alkaline Healthy Water
2) Rs. 1000 Subscription includes (1) and for Alcohol Detox and Hangover less water
3) Rs. 2000 Subscription includes (1), (2) & Vegetable & Non Veg Washing which removes pesticide and harmones from the food

Advantages or differentiators

This is based on Herbal extactions and Proprietary which is not available in any medicine books. Difficult to copy and get uncontaminated herbs as we get through our sources. We have a unique extraction method developed by Govati team which is not available in general market

1st Year - 10,000 Subscriptions with a Turnover of 3 Crore
2nd Year - 30,000 Subscriptions with a Turnover of 8 Crores
5th Year - 200,000 Subscriptions with a turnover of 70 Crores

Monthly Subscription model based on 3 categories:

1) Healthy Alkaline Mineral water for drinking - Rs. 500 per month
2) Healthy Alkaline Water and Alcohol Detox water - Rs. 1000 per month
